You will supervise staff, participate in training, and help manage daily operations to balance quality, productivity, and profit while maintaining Elite Certification standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL within 90 days of employment preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop staff including administration, foremen, and service writers.
• Assist the Service Manager in training personnel.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and training for technicians.
