Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with MVR in good standing.
• Ability to obtain CDL within 90 days of employment.
• Familiarity with gas and diesel truck repair and maintenance.
• Ability to pass a general abilities assessment, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise shop staff including Administration, Foremen, and Service Writers.
• Assist the Service Manager in training personnel.
• Perform quality assurance activities and train technicians in QA.
• Assist the Service Manager in resolving customer complaints and maintaining relations.
• Schedule, assign and supervise work to maximize quality, productivity and profit.
• Supervise maintenance of tools and shop equipment.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and review estimates vs. actual repair time.
• Engage in annual marketing plans and shop budgets; monitor performance vs. plan.
