Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of tools and shop equipment.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and review estimates vs. repair time.
• Involve in labor pricing and ongoing training of service personnel.
• Engage with the Service Manager and participate in the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Monitor performance to plan and determine variance, and implement shop objectives.
