Charlie Clark Auto Group in Texas is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to lead the service team and deliver exceptional customer service in a franchise dealership. You will guide technicians, coordinate operations, and ensure productive repair order flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required; an associate degree or 2–4 years’ related experience accepted.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automotive repair/maintenance to prevent delays.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training service staff.
• Maintain daily sales and production records as prescribed by upper management.
• Staff technical teams relative to production requirements.
• Remain current on new products and changes to existing products.
• Maintain department finances within parameters established by upper management.
• Ensure proper repair order flow and maximize productivity.
• Oversee warranty activity to ensure policy compliance.
• Adhere to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Administer payroll for service staff in cooperation with payroll department.
• Enforce OSHA requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain the facility and equipment.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
