• Monitor repair order progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution
• Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management
• Help achieve departmental sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
• Support training and development efforts for service department personnel
