Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and provide professional service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by listening, asking questions, resolving concerns, and suggesting additional services.
  • Estimate costs and completion times; settle customer accounts.
  • Communicate with customers about the status of work.
  • Coordinate activities for quality repair work completed on time.
  • Obtain customer approval for repairs; inspect finished work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Deliver vehicles in perfect condition.
  • Identify and treat repeat and first-time customers appropriately.
  • Remind customers of appointments and scheduled maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls courteously and efficiently.
  • Review repairs and charges with customers to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
