Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing daily Front of House operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

As an Assistant Service Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing service in the Front of House
2. Enforcing compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Approving all Front of House side work and providing thorough training
4. Working during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
5. Managing through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
6. Ensuring 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and help develop sales strategies
7. Leading by example to develop employees and assistants
8. Cross-training employees
9. Overseeing scheduling of designated departments
10. Developing promotions and incentives to drive sales and conducting rallies
11. Ensuring compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
12. Practicing safe food handling procedures
13. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
14. Managing guest flow
15. Assisting with liquor inventory and ordering
16. Supporting the Local Store Marketer in building sales
17. Upholding the restaurant’s culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
