Job summary

Titan Machinery in Omaha, NE, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Management team and oversee the service department. You will help achieve department objectives, coordinate with customers and other departments, and uphold safety, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast-paced heavy-equipment environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining service records, coordinating delivery/pickup, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety

Qualifications

• 1+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as an Assistant Service Manager where you will support Service Management in maintaining dealership standards and overseeing the service department. In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting service department objectives, communicating effectively with customers and other departments, and ensuring that our dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency.
