Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's service operations, drive efficiency, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You will oversee workflow, scheduling, and staff performance to meet financial and service goals on a busy dealership floor.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and professional communication with customers and technicians, with opportunities for leadership and growth within a nationally respected heavy equipment dealer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people

Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management: Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds goals, market services to maintain a consistent income stream, and effectively manage workflow s, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders
• Customer Interaction and Experience : Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints, and manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals
• Documentation and Communication : Supervise and schedule employees, market the service department to ensure a steady workflow, and ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
