North Shore Honda is currently looking to fill the positionof Assistant Service Manager. Reporting to the Service Manager, thisrole supports the day-to-day operations of the Service Department andcontributes to delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
The Assistant Service Manager plays an important role insupporting Service Advisors, assisting with operational oversight, ensuringservice processes are followed, and helping to resolve customer concerns. Thisposition works closely with customers, technicians, and dealership leadershipto support efficient service operations and a positive service experience.
This is a Commission Based position.
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in anautomotive service environment (e.g., Service Advisor, Technician, Shop Foreperson, or related role)
General understanding of vehicle mechanics and service operations
