Responsibilities:

• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the life cycle
• Keeping customers updated.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions.
• Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times.
• Oversee and participate in delivering quality.
• Collaborate with the General Manager/ Store Manager toward the overall growth and success of our operations.
