Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, responding to, correcting, and reporting urgent/emergency situations
• Manage and inspect projects and tasks
• Document and report project and task statuses
• Implement training as directed
• Assist with scope evaluation and contract oversight
• Support property operations with maintenance and management responsibilities
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance
• Provide cost and time-saving recommendations

Qualifications
