Job summary

Henley Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a diverse team and elevate the service experience at our Wilmington, DE location. You will gain responsibility quickly and be fast-tracked into a management path within a customer-focused service center.

Interviews will be conducted in person at our New Castle location. The role offers paid training, no late evenings, and opportunities for advancement within the company’s internal structure.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager AND at least six months of automotive experience OR two years as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager in a customer facing retail establishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
