Job summary

LS Solutions in Minnesota is hiring an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a small team in delivering vehicle maintenance and outstanding customer service. You will perform oil changes and car services, supervise daily operations, train new team members, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.

You will build customer trust through excellent service, manage weekly schedules, assist with inventory and store audits, and help maintain a clean, safe environment across the service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service industries.
• Customer-focused approach and strong service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
