National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor in the North Las Vegas, NV area to support the Service Advisor with customer inquiries, scheduling, and coordination of RV service appointments.

You will greet clients, guide repairs, manage service orders, and ensure technicians have parts and resources. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or RV service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Familiarity with service software and databases preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Advisor in handling inquiries, complaints and service scheduling.
• Greet customers professionally and advise on repairs or services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians.
• Create service orders and enter vehicle/customer data accurately.
• Coordinate parts, tools and resources to complete repairs efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of service, repairs, parts and time spent.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies and order as needed.
• Keep service desk, waiting area and bays clean and organized.

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) Assistant Service Advisor is responsible for assisting the Service Advisor in providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and scheduling and coordinating service appointments. The Assistant Service Advisor also provides support to the Service Technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary parts and resources to complete repairs efficiently. NIRVC’s Assistant Service Advisor roleis a basepluscommission role. Average yearly earnings are between $70,000 and $80,000.

• Work schedule is8:00am -5:00pm,Monday-Friday

• Assist Service Advisor in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments
• Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, listen to their concerns and advise them on necessary repairs or services
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring that the Service Technicians have adequate time and resources to complete repairs
• Assist with creating service orders and work orders, entering vehicle and customer information accurately into appropriate systems
• Communicate with Service Technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts, tools, and resources to complete repairs efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service and repairs, and address any concerns or issues
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of service and repairs, including customer information, parts used, and time spent on repairs
• Assist with managing inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary parts are available for repairs and ordering new parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service desk, waiting area, and service bays
• Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing automotive repair and service

• Previous experience in automotive service or RV service capacity
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with service software and databases preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Professional presence and appearance

• May be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time
