Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor at Leith Chrysler Jeep to join our growing team. You will visually inspect vehicles, discuss performance with customers, and explain service costs while coordinating with technicians to ensure quality service.

We value clear communication, teamwork, and a consultative sales approach to educate customers on available services and products. This on-site role offers a path to growth within Holman’s extensive automotive services network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in service/advising or related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Visually inspect vehicle and ask customer about performance.

• Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs and educate on services.

Leith Chrysler Jeep is currently seeking a highly motivated; customer focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!

What will you do?

• The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to customers
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience
• Current valid driver'S license and the ability to operate an automobile
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
