Lee Auto Malls in Auburn, ME is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store. Workweek is Monday–Friday, 7AM to 5PM, with a salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year.

Primary duties include greeting customers, translating problems into repair orders, presenting estimates, and keeping customers informed of progress. Join a family-owned network with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Lee Auto Malls in Auburn is looking to hire an Assistant Service Advisor for our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable repair orders for technicians to complete
• Provide cost estimates; communicate additional repair or service needs to the customer
• Create and close repair orders in the database management system
• Order necessary parts and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
• Provide timely progress updates to customers
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
