Job summary

Lee in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Body Parts Advisor to provide exceptional customer service by phone and in-person, manage parts ordering and maintain inventory.

The role includes reconciling invoices, processing credit requests, and performing administrative duties. Candidates should have 1+ years automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years automotive parts experience.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in-person.
• Accurate and timely parts ordering for collision center repairs.
• Update and maintain parts inventory information in the dealership system.
• Reconcile invoices and packing slips, review prices and discounts for payment.
• File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary.
