Lee Auto Malls in Auburn, ME is seeking a GMC Automotive Sales Manager with proven F&I or sales management experience to lead daily dealership operations and drive sales and CSI performance.

You will set the standard for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability, manage leads and follow-up, and utilize V-Auto for vehicle appraisals while achieving department goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&I or sales management experience.
• Proven track record of strong sales numbers and CSI.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Exceptional follow-up and lead management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and knows how to budget time.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000

As the GMC Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Lead the dealership's daily operations
• Set the appropriate example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Lead team to achieve the established individual and department objectives and goals
• Navigate state-of-the-art technology for planning and tracking activities to maximize opportunities
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up

• Excel in customer satisfaction (CSI) performance
