Lee Auto Mall in Topsham, ME is seeking a Toyota Service Writer to join our busy service department. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year. We welcome experienced writers or those starting their careers to discuss what Lee has to offer.

Responsibilities include translating between customers and technicians, developing estimates, preparing RO documents, and communicating service needs and costs. Our team offers growth, a family-owned atmosphere since 1936, and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the translator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection
• Keep customers informed of service and parts specials, completion times and service expenses

Lee Auto Mall in Topsham is looking for a Service Writer to join our BUSY Toyota service department. If you are an experienced Service Writer or just starting your career, we’d like to talk to you about what Lee has to offer!

Service Writer Responsibilities:
