Lee Auto Malls in Auburn, ME is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store. Workweek is Monday–Friday, 7AM to 5PM, with a salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Translate reported problems into repair orders for technicians.
• Provide cost estimates and discuss additional needs with customers.
• Create and close repair orders in the database management system.
• Order necessary parts and ensure delivery to technicians.
• Provide timely progress updates to customers.
• Ensure automotive work meets company quality standards.
