1915 South in Harvey, LA is seeking an Assistant Selling Manager to lead on the sales floor in the absence of a manager and drive sales. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

You will oversee Sales Leadership, Customer Experience, Inventory, and Store Operations, while supporting KPI reporting and training. This role participates in promotions and maintains standards across our Ashley locations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role preferred.

Position Summary:

Required Qualifications:

• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
