Cafaro Company is seeking an Assistant Security Supervisor to support security for a local retail center in Niles, OH. You will supervise security staff, uphold policies, and help keep staff, tenants and guests safe.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
• Strategic planning and thinking as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military or management preferred.
• Clean criminal background and able to pass drug screen.
