• Ability to maintain records and use POS systems.
• USDA School Nutrition training completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation and administration of the School Nutrition Program.
• Collaborate with Nutrition staff to ensure efficient meal service.
• Prepare, cook, and serve meals per menus and USDA requirements.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, records, meal counts, and documentation.
• Support food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health department rules.
• Assist with POS operations, cash handling, and meal service records.
• Train and guide nutrition staff.
• Monitor food quality, portions, presentation, and waste.
• Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming cafeteria.
• Support multiple locations and assume leadership when needed.
• Assist with events, catering, and other nutrition activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
