Qualifications

• Associates degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Advanced knowledge in early childhood education.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships.

• Understand and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Pursue enrollment growth and deliver COA's curriculum quality.
