Job summary

Primrose School of Florham Park in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an Assistant School Director to support the Director, ensure a safe and healthy environment, and foster a culture where children and teachers thrive.

You will mentor teachers, nurture staff, enroll families, and help manage costs while upholding the Balanced Learning curriculum in a warm, welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children.
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety.
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.
• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence.
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Salary Range

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, based on level of education and relevant experience.

Shift Schedule

Monday through Friday. Shifts will be scheduled within the school's operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
