Primrose School of Novi is seeking an Assistant School Director to lead with warmth, oversee daily operations, and support teachers in delivering the Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will foster a safe, healthy environment where children and staff thrive, build strong relationships with families, and guide enrollment while collaborating with franchise owners.

• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
