Job summary

Primrose School of Avalon Park is seeking an Assistant School Director to support the Director in managing daily operations, enrollment targets, and staff development. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment for children and teachers and maintaining a positive, growth-oriented culture.

You will work with leaders who support school operations, emphasize child safety, and uphold Primrose’s Balanced Learning approach, while engaging with families and the community to promote

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision of childcare staff is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the school in the Director’s absence and support enrollment goals.
• Foster a safe, healthy environment and a culture where children and staff thrive.
• Support Director in ensuring enrollment targets and cost control.
