Job summary

Primrose School of Bedminster is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to lead, mentor teachers, and coordinate daily operations at our Bedminster campus. This pivotal role supports the Leadership Team and ensures a high-quality learning environment for children.

You will collaborate with staff and families, assist with hiring, conduct tours, manage enrollments, maintain ratios, uphold policies, and leverage educational tech to run the building smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication with staff, parents and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the building and teaching staff as part of the Leadership Team
• Assist with the hiring and placement of new teachers and staff members
• Engage in conversations & discussions with parents regarding their child's needs while in school
• Perform tours based on the Primrose philosophy and curriculum
• Complete the registration & enrollment process for new students
• Ensure proper ratio in each classroom at all times
• Ensure all classrooms, staff members are following school policies, as well as state licensing requirements
• Utilize technology (apps, IPADs) to ensure smooth operations of the building

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per annum
