The Lash Lounge Harvey - Fountain Park is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support the Salon Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and help manage a busy team of front desk associates and stylists. You will train staff in memberships and retail, while maintaining a positive, high-energy workplace.

Ideal candidates bring membership sales experience, strong customer service, and leadership abilities, with a focus on achieving company goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employees and leading a team.
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills; MindBody experience preferred.
• College degree in business management or related field is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Salon Manager and report to the Salon Manager.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Help manage Front Desk Associates and Stylists and coordinate team tasks.
• Train staff in selling memberships and retail products to meet goals.
• Foster a positive, fun, and productive work environment.
