Job summary

Glow Brands seeks an Assistant Salon Director for its Sun Tan City salons to lead a high-energy team and drive exceptional client experiences. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, uphold service standards, and help achieve store goals with a proactive leadership style.

Responsibilities include daily operations, coaching staff, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring strong sales performance while controlling labor costs. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams while managing multiple situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example and create a client-centric experience while meeting sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory and assist with director functions.
• Help control top line revenue and expenses.
• Ensure proper staffing to maximize productivity and service while managing labor costs.
• Work with flexible hours including nights, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Possess reliable transportation to bank visits as needed.
• Work five days per week with a 40–45 hour schedule.
