Glow Brands’ Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team. This Assistant Salon Director role focuses on delivering a high-energy, client-centric experience while driving store performance and supervising tanning consultants.

You’ll coach staff, manage operations, monitor sales, and maintain a clean, efficient salon environment. A strong customer service background and leadership potential are essential; flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with budget and staffing.
