Job summary

Hair Cuttery in Florida is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead the team, guide operations, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be the front-line leader, keeping the schedule, coaching stylists, and upholding safety standards while delivering the Hair Cuttery guest journey.

You’ll combine creative styling with business leadership, mentoring staff, improving performance, and driving salon profitability through service and retail.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state of application.
• Minimum full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the shop floor and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model to reach goals.
• Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards and maintain a safe salon.
• Support marketing efforts and local partnerships to keep chairs full.
