Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Florida to join our team. You’ll lead the daily operations, mentor stylists, and help drive guest satisfaction while keeping the energy high behind the chair.

As the right hand to the Salon Leader, you’ll manage the schedule, uphold safety standards, and promote our guest journey. If you love coaching others and growing a profitable salon, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where you’re applying.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and people skills are essential for mentoring the team.
• Ability to perform salon services with precision and manage inventory/cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards for a safe salon.
• Support marketing efforts and local partnerships to keep chairs filled.
