Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Florida is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who blends creative styling with leadership. You’ll act as the right hand to the Salon Leader, mentor the team, manage the appointment book, and ensure a safe, profitable salon environment.

This full-time role rewards performance with pay based on results, with opportunities to grow into leadership and educator tracks as the Hair Cuttery brand continues to expand.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Strong attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and excellent communication.
• Bring your personal equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Oversee daily operations, manage the appointment book, and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide stylists toward goals using the IGROW model and develop talent.
• Keep it Clean & Compliant: Ensure state Board and OSHA standards are met.
• Marketing Pro: Support local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full.
