Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Florida. This leadership role combines hands-on styling with team development and salon operations.

As the focal point on the floor, you’ll mentor stylists, manage the guest journey, ensure compliance, and support scheduling and marketing efforts to keep chairs busy. A cosmetology license and full-time availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• Full-time leadership role requiring 40+ hours per week.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but attitude, math basics, and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage the appointment book to ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve their goals using established models.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness to meet State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support marketing efforts and local partnerships to keep services in demand.
