Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Florida to lead daily operations while staying behind the chair when needed. You will mentor stylists, manage scheduling, and help drive guest satisfaction through the IGROW coaching approach. The role blends hands-on service with leadership, aiming to elevate team performance and profitability.

The position emphasizes compliance with safety standards, staff development, and marketing participation to keep the salon thriving and energetic.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state.
• Full-time leadership role (40 hours per week).
• Strong stamina to stand long hours and perform services with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists, using the IGROW framework to help achieve goals.
• Ensure the salon meets State Board and OSHA standards for a safe, compliant environment.
• Assist with local marketing efforts and partnerships to keep chairs full.
