SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon located inside Walmart stores. You will lead the team, deliver full range of hair services, maintain high client satisfaction, and contribute to the salon’s overall success.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A current cosmetology license is required to qualify.
