SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart stores is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role supports the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals and building a thriving client base in a high-traffic location.

Responsibilities include delivering full hair services, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading a team to meet sales and service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
• Communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal-Mart staff, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• The position may require working alone in the salon.
