Job summary

SmartStyle Salons is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in our Walmart-based salon. You will lead service delivery, drive client satisfaction, and support the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

In this role you will manage a fast-paced team, deliver full hair services, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding the brand standards and customer experience across the salon.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
