SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart stores is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. With over 75 full-service salons across 11 states, the role offers a built-in client base and strong commission potential.

You will deliver hair services, supervise staff, and drive sales while maintaining service standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license (required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
