SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking a dynamic Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service within our Walmart-based locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and the ability to manage a team effectively while driving client satisfaction and sales.

You will lead service delivery, train staff, manage inventory and schedules, and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Prior leadership experience in a salon or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to motivate a team.
