Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.
• Strong leadership with coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help maintain proper staffing levels to maximize productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
