The role requires leading by example, managing scheduling, and ensuring exceptional service across nights and weekend shifts as needed. A strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff; experience with coaching and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
