Glow Brands is seeking a proactive Assistant Salon Director to manage daily salon activities with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, uphold cleanliness and efficiency, and drive performance while modeling professional leadership.

The role requires flexibility for night and weekend coverage, plus strong customer service and supervisory skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Passion for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help manage top-line revenue and expenses.
• Ensure adequate staffing for productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends as required for coverage.
• Reliable transportation to go to the bank as needed.
• Five-day workweek with ~40–45 hours depending on status.
