Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy, client-centric team in Columbia, TN. You will drive store performance, mentor tanning consultants, and maintain operations to meet growth targets with a focus on service excellence.

Formación

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help maintain proper staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as required for coverage.
• Have reliable transportation to the bank as needed.
• Expect to work five days per week, ~40–45 hours depending on status.
