Job summary

Sun Tan City in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach team members, and help manage scheduling, inventory, and revenue targets while upholding excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to work a 40–45 hour week, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service.
