Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an experienced Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise tanning consultants, drive store performance, and model professional standards daily.

You will manage operations, scheduling, coaching, and reporting to ensure top-line growth while maintaining a clean, client-centric environment. A background in retail management and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
