Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-focused environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and the ability to work a 40–45 hour schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
