Sun Tan City in the United States is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team. The role focuses on driving store performance, delivering exceptional client service, and supervising tanning consultants in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and reporting while supporting the Salon Director to manage revenue and expenses. The position may require nights and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily salon operations and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Lead and coach tanning consultants to meet sales goals.
• Generate reports and assist with budgeting and staffing.
• Oversee scheduling, productivity and exceptional client service.
• Work nights and weekends as needed to cover shifts.
